Yes, if you are an existing customer currently on FEA and switch to a Pay As You Go meter, your FEA will continue on as normal and will be shown in your bi-monthly bill.
In order to activate the FEA on Pay As You Go, you will be sent a top-up code with each bill to the value of your FEA. You must input this code into your meter to avail of your FEA credit.
