Set up a payment installment plan
If you’re having difficulty paying your bill, we can set up a payment plan for you where your existing account balance can be cleared with weekly payments over your chosen period from 4 to 12 weeks.
This option is only available for your current outstanding balance and future bills issued are required to be paid as normally, within 14 days of bill issue date. Do not complete this form if you are simply looking to setup a direct debit or equal monthly payment option on your account.
