If you received an estimated bill
If you received an estimated bill and it is significantly higher or lower than your actual meter reading. Please submit meter reading within 5 days after your bill issue date and we will then send you an adjusted bill. To submit a reading, please login to Your Account Online (sign up here if not registered).
If you received ‘no access’ card from ESB Networks
If ESB meter reader has no access to your meter, they will leave a "no access" note. In this case please submit your meter reading directly to ESB Networks online or by calling 1800 337 777 within 24 hours or receiving "no access" note. You will need to provide your MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number) in addition to your meter reading(s). You can find your MPRN on your bill.
