You should submit a meter reading if …
- The estimated bill you receive is significantly higher or lower than your actual meter reading. We will then send you an adjusted bill.
- If an ESB Networks meter reader has left a ‘no access’ card. *In this case, call ESB Networks on 1850 337 777 with your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN).
*Please submit your reading within 24 hours of the meter reader leaving a ‘no access’ card
