Will I still receive bills if I have a Smarter Pay As You Go Meter?

You will no longer receive electricity bills every second month. In their place, we will send you an annual statement for information purposes only, showing your energy consumption and top ups for the year.

Please note if you are new to Smarter Pay As You Go you will receive a bill soon after installation, this will cover the electricity used up to the day the meter was installed. There is no need to worry about this bill as the balance has been added to the meter and will be retrieved using 10% of top ups. We send the bill just so you know how much has been added to the meter.
