You can store up to two years worth of bills securely, monitor your electricity usage and request an updated bill at any time.

Frequently asked questions
Just go to Forgot your password? link and enter your email address & the telephone number you used when registering. Within minutes we will email you a new password.
You can update your new email address on the "edit your details" section online. Just remember that you will still need to log on using the original email address that you used when you first registered with online billing. (This will always be your unique user ID - even if you no longer use it as your primary Email address)
Alternatively we can do this for you; it will take longer than updating within "edit your details", just go to the Helpful Answers section within online billing and ask us to do this for you.
Every 2 months we will send you an email, letting you know that your bill has issued so that you can log in and view it.
Yes. Your Online (PDF) bill is the exact same as the bill which you always received in the post. But if you still require a bill as a utility reference, just email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will post you out a copy of your bill.
When you complete your online registration all your accounts with us will be displayed. If you do not see all of your accounts, just go to the "Register Additional Account" within "Helpful Answers". Enter the Contract Account Number of the additional account and we will let you know when it has been added. If the additional account is under a different name or company name a letter of authorisation (PDF) from that account holder is required.
You will need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDF.
If you have trouble opening the PDF, just right click your mouse on the link and choose 'Save Target As' to save it to your computer.
