How do I top up with Prepay?
With Smart Prepay, you have 3 easy options to top up:
- Log in to your online account – electricireland.ie/myaccount.
- Over the counter – you can use your Prepay card in prepay supported Payzone outlets nationwide. Find your nearest prepay supported store here – payzone.ie/find-a-store-near-you
- Freephone 1800 372 372 – top up service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
