How can I see my prepay payment history?
You can view and make payments towards your outstanding balance in the “Payments” tab on your online account.
In addition to this, we will send you a statement up to 3 times a year. This will display your top-ups, usage and outstanding balance. Once your outstanding balance is paid in full, your statement will be sent once a year.
