Can I register more than one email address?

Unfortunately you can only choose one email address for your account online. For example, if your gas or electricity account is in joint names, you can still only register one email address. This is for your own security and data protection purposes.

You can update your contact email address when logged in to your account online - here is how to update your email address 

Please remember it is important that you always log in using the email you first used to register for your account online. This is and will always remain your unique user identification (even if you've changed your contact email address within "My Profile" in your account online
