What happens when I run out of credit?
You’ll be notified by text when your balance falls below €0, or if you run out of emergency credit. This text will advise you how much to top up by, and by when, to avoid being disconnected. If you don’t top up by the required amount, the power to your property will be disconnected on the following day. We will send you a text to let you know how much to top up by to get reconnected.
You can top up via your online account, Payzone outlets or by calling us on 1800 372 372.
Once you’ve paid the minimum reconnection amount, reconnection is automatic without notice and normally occurs within one hour and 15 minutes. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, this may take up to two hours. It is your responsibility to ensure your premises are safe for reconnection at any time.
