Why does the information on my Payzone account and in my Smarter Pay As You Go text messages not match the information on my In Home Monitor?

It may happen that there is a discrepancy between the information displayed on your Payzone account, on your In Home Monitor and in your Smarter Pay As You Go texts. This can happen depending on the availability of meter data on file with Payzone.

The In Home Monitor is always the master and is always correct.

Over time, in almost all cases, any missing data will be retrieved from the meter and will show up correctly in the usage updates.
