Why does the information on the In Home Monitor not match that on my On-line Account?

This can happen depending on the availability of meter data on file with Payzone. If any meter data is missing then this will cause a (temporary) difference in cost and/or consumption (kWh) values on the In Home Monitor (IHM) versus those that you see on the web.

The IHM is always the master and is always correct. On the web, missing consumption will show as zero for the day(s) involved; costs will show as zero for the day(s) involved BUT the missing values will be added into the costs for the next day. Missing data arises because of uncontrollable delays in the mobile phone network that is used to collect the data. Over time, in almost all cases, the data will be retrieved from the meter and will show up correctly on the web.
