Why do my Smarter Pay As You Go text messages not show all of my information?

The format of these SMS updates will vary depending on the availability of meter data on file with Payzone.

This happens for both manual and scheduled cost updates. Messages will only include costs for day ranges in which we have a full set of data.

For example, the 7-day or 28-day costs will not appear in cases where data for even one of those days is missing. Missing data arises because of uncontrollable delays in the mobile phone network that is used to collect the data. Over time, in almost all cases, the data will be retrieved from the meter and will show up correctly in the usage updates.
