Smart Meter Reading Issue

We are aware of an issue with smart meter readings from certain days in March affecting usage and bill projections. All suppliers have been impacted.

ESB Networks is in the process of correcting the affected customer data to ensure its accuracy. When this is complete the data will be provided to suppliers. Accounts will be corrected to actual usage, and no customer will be overcharged. 

Customers do not need to take any action.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, and we will continue to share updates as we get them. Thank you for your patience.
