Smart Meter Reading Issue

We are aware of an issue with smart meter readings from 6–8 March affecting usage and bill projections. ESB Networks is working to fix it, and all suppliers are impacted.

Accounts will be corrected to actual usage, and no customer will be overcharged. Customers do not need to take any action. We’ll share updates as we get them. Thank you for your patience
