How do I reconnect my supply if I run out of power?

Firstly, top up by Text, Smart App or at a local Payzone / Paypoint outlet by enough to cover your emergency credit IOU and Friendly Credit usage (usually €10-20).

Then, if you have two AA batteries in your In Home Monitor (IHM), turn it on with the button on the left-hand side, press “Restore” and then “Confirm”. Alternatively, at the meter, hit button ”A” and then button “B”.

In either case, if the top up was sufficient, you’ll hear a click to indicate that the power is now restored.
