You won't get a bill every two months when you sign up to Pay As You Go Electricity or Gas. Instead we will send you a minimum of one statement a year which will show you:

• The total amount of top-ups you purchased
• Each top-up will be clearly marked as being for your electricity usage or for paying your bill balance
• Your outstanding balance to be paid
