Why have I not received a top up code after topping up my electricity PAYG meter ?

Please rest assured that any electricity Pay As You Go (PAYG) meter top up attempts online that do not generate a top up code will result in the funds being returned to your bank account automatically within 3 - 5 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please top up your meter again to ensure you maintain power and the funds for the failed top up will be returned to you as soon as possible.
