How to register for an online account

Register for an online account to access all your account information anytime you choose.

Log In Sign Up

Please make sure to have your bill handy as it contains some details you need to sign up:

• Your Electric Ireland account number: Located on the top right-hand corner of your bill.
• Your MPRN: the 11-digit Meter Point Reference Number (electricity) or
• Your GPRN: the Gas Point Reference Number.
• Your email and contact telephone number

After you submit the short form, we will email you straight away asking you to activate your account within 24-hours and choose your password.
