You should submit a meter reading if …

• The estimated bill you receive is significantly higher or lower than your actual meter reading. We will then send you an adjusted bill.
  or
• If a Gas Networks Ireland meter reader has left a ‘no access’ card. *In this case, call Gas Networks Ireland on 1850 427 732 with your Gas Point Registration Number (GPRN).
  *Please submit your reading within 24 hours of the meter reader leaving a ‘no access’ card
