You need to contact your new energy provider within 14 days of commencing your switch. Once your new supplier has been contacted, we will receive confirmation of this and you’ll continue to enjoy the benefits of being an Electric Ireland customer. If you decide to continue with your switch, you will incur an exit fee and your welcome bonus will be recouped.
