When your request to switch is processed, your current energy supplier will notify us if you are in arrears for more than levels set for all customers by the Commission for Regulation of Utilities. If we decide not to carry out the switch because of arrears, we will tell you in writing. (Arrears- an overdue payment that has not been paid).
