Clare McAllister

Business sales & service Manager, electric ireland

As the Business Sales & Service Manager for Electric Ireland, Clare is responsible for business segments across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, from Large Energy Users to Small and Medium Enterprises.

Clare has played an integral role in the success of Electric Ireland since having joined as a Customer Relationship Manager in 2004 – a position which has helped shape and inform her customer centred approach to client management. Her knowledge and understanding of the wider economic environment as previous Chair and Honorary Secretary of the Energy Institute Northern Ireland branch, a member of the Board of the Centre of Advanced Sustainable Energy and of ESB Energy’s Board of Directors, positions Clare perfectly to develop Electric Ireland’s growing market share in Ireland.

Danny Mills

Large energy user (LEU) sales manager

Danny, a Business Management graduate of Mississippi State University, has over 18 years' experience in the energy industry. Danny initially joined Electric Ireland as Customer Relationship Manager and has since gained a wealth of experience in the commercial energy markets.

Gerard Hensey

Customer Relationship Manager

Gerard has been a Customer Relationship Manager with Electric Ireland since 2005, servicing and advising a range of Large Energy Users and large customer groups. Prior to joining Electric Ireland Gerard had 15 years’ experience working in the manufacturing industry and the building services engineering sector with a strong focus on renewable technologies.

Bryan Rogers

Customer Relationship Manager

Bryan has over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service and Relationship Manager roles. He joined Electric Ireland in 2014. Bryan has extensive knowledge of the energy market specialising in SME, Large Energy and I&C customers. Bryan also spent a number of years working within ESB Networks.

Colm Dunne

Customer Relationship Manager

Colm has over 35 years’ experience in the Electrical Industry. For seven years he ran a consultancy and energy efficiency company, with a focus on the lighting sector. Colm also has a number of years’ experience in project management.

Carol Neville

Customer Relationship Manager

Carol has extensive knowledge of the electricity industry having spent over 14 years in various areas across ESB. Carol specialises in the SME Sector and works with customers in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Trina Orpen

Business customer strategy and experience manager

Trina was appointed Business Customer Strategy and Experience Strategy Manager in 2018 having previously held positions as Industrial and Commercial Strategy Manager from 2016 and Business Sales Support Manager for a number of years prior to that. Trina joined Electric Ireland as a Customer Relationship Manager in 2009.

Alan Cunningham

Customer Relationship Manager, Northern Ireland

Alan is a graduate from University of Ulster and has completed the Parity Graduate Management Development programme. Alan has extensive experience in the industrial gases market and has worked in the Irish electricity market for over 13 years.

Sarah Robinson

Manager, B2B GROUP SALES

Sarah has over 20 years’ experience working in different parts of the ESB Group, and extensive experience working with businesses in both Sales & Service roles. She now manages the SME & Groups Sales team for both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

David Fusco

Customer Relationship Manager, Northern Ireland

David has over 8 years’ experience working in Industrial & Commercial Customer Relationship Management. Throughout this time he has gained extensive knowledge in servicing customers’ energy needs across both electricity and gas markets in Northern Ireland. He joined Electric Ireland in September 2016 having previously spent over 7 years with Firmus energy.

James Cronin

Customer relationship manager

James has been a Customer Relationship Professional within the energy sector in Ireland for over 14 years. Prior to Joining Electric Ireland in 2022 as a CRM, he had gained particular experience of the I & C non-hazardous waste sector, as a Regional Account Manager, within the waste to energy market. James currently holds degrees from both the Munster Technological University and the Maryvale Institute Birmingham.

Bill Boucher

Customer relationship Manager

Bill joined Electric Ireland in June 2016. He has extensive broker and franchise channel management experience having worked in senior positions with O2, Lloyds & Allcare Pharmacy over the last 13 years. He holds a B.Sc (Mgmt) degree from Trinity College Dublin.

Michael Anderson

Customer relationship Manager, northern ireland

Michael is an Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate and holds an MSc in Business Management. Prior to joining Electric Ireland, Michael had 7 years’ experience in the energy industry and has also held senior commercial positions in the manufacturing sector. Michael spent 4 years living in Australia and New Zealand where he managed his own sales and marketing company.

Kathy Murran

Customer Relationship Manager

Kathy has extensive knowledge of the electricity industry having spent over 25 years in various areas of ESB. Kathy specialises in the SME Sector and works with customers in both Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
