Tony Dunlea, Manager, Industrial & Commercial Business
Tony was appointed to this role in September 2012. He is a graduate of University College Cork (civil engineering), and has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of the power industry. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Manager, Pricing & Energy Trading for Electric Ireland.
John Drinan, Senior Customer Relationship Manager
John has over 25 years’ experience in the electricity industry in Ireland. Prior to joining Electric Ireland, he has held positions in ESB Networks Design. John initially joined Electric Ireland as Customer Relationship Manager and has since gained a wealth of experience in the commercial energy market. Based in Cork, John holds a BCL (Hons.) Degree in Law from University College Cork.
Gerard Hensey, Senior Customer Relationship Manager North, North East and Midlands
Gerard is a graduate of the University of Limerick, and holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a currently completing a Masters in Building Services Management with Brunel University London. Gerard has 15 years’ experience working in the manufacturing industry and the building services engineering sector with a strong focus on renewable technologies.
Jimmy Kirk, Senior Customer Relationship Manager, Greater Dublin Area
Jimmy has over 30 years’ experience in the electricity industry and has spent the last 16 years managing ESB contracting in the North East of the country.
Colm Dunne, Customer Relationship Manager, Greater Dublin Area
Colm has over 25 years’ experience in the Electrical Industry. For seven years he ran a consultancy/Energy Efficiency company concentrating mainly on the lighting area. Colm also has a number of years experience in project management.
Trina Orpen, Customer Relationship Manager
Trina has over seven years’ experience in the Technical Communications industry. A graduate of University of Limerick, she completed a BA in Public Administration followed by postgraduate diploma in Technical Communication and later completed a postgraduate diploma in PR & Event Management. She worked in PR consultancy for five years before joining Electric Ireland in 2009.
Clare McAllister, Customer Relationship Manager
Clare has a BSC (Applied Chemical Science) from University of Ulster Jordanstown (UUJ) and has completed an MBA at Queens University Belfast. Clare has broad experience within the engineering industry having worked for Solectron and AVX Ltd in her native Coleraine. While there, her work focused on customer and product development for the European market.
Alan Cunningham, Customer Relationship Manager
Alan has a BA Hons (Modern History) from University of Ulster, Coleraine and completed the Parity Graduate Management Development programme. Alan has ten years' experience in the industrial gases market.
Kevin Molloy, Customer Relationship Manager
Kevin has extensive experience of the Irish electricity industry, having spent 25 years’ working in a variety of positions within the ESB group. He previously held management positions in the areas of Sustainability, Customer Relationship and Customer Advocacy. Kevin is a graduate of both IT Sligo and the Institute of Public Administration. Kevin is based in Sligo.
Vincent Litchfield, Customer Relationship Manager
Vincent has extensive knowledge of the electricity industry having spent 30 years in various areas of ESB. Vincent covers customer regions in the North East and in Northern Ireland, lives in Dundalk and works with customers in both Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
