Tony Dunlea, Manager, Business Markets Sales
Tony is a graduate of University College Cork (civil engineering), and has over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of the power industry. He has held a number of senior management positions across the ESB Group and is in the retail area since 2007.
John Drinan, Customer Relationship Manager
John has over 40 years’ experience in the electricity industry in Ireland. Prior to joining Electric Ireland, he has held positions in ESB Networks Design. John initially joined Electric Ireland as Customer Relationship Manager and has since gained a wealth of experience in the commercial energy market. Based in Cork, John holds a BCL (Hons.) Degree in Law from University College Cork.
Gerard Hensey, Customer Relationship Manager
Gerard has been a Customer Relationship Manager with Electric Ireland since 2005, servicing and advising a range of Large Energy Users and large customer groups. Gerard holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering with University of Limerick and a Masters in Building Services Management with Brunel University London. Prior to joining Electric Ireland Gerard has 15 years’ experience working in the manufacturing industry and the building services engineering sector with a strong focus on renewable technologies.
Jimmy Kirk, Customer Relationship Manager
Jimmy has over 47 years’ experience in the electricity industry and has spent the last 16 years managing ESB contracting in the North East of the country.
Colm Dunne, Customer Relationship Manager
Colm has over 38 years’ experience in the Electrical Industry. For seven years he ran a consultancy/Energy Efficiency company concentrating mainly on the lighting area. Colm also has a number of years’ experience in project management.
Trina Orpen, Industrial & Commercial Strategy Manager
Trina was appointed Industrial and Commercial Strategy Manager in 2016 having previously held the position of Business Sales Support Manager for a number of years. Having joined Electric Ireland as a Customer Relationship Manager in 2009, Trina now has several years’ experience in customer facing roles. Prior to joining Electric Ireland, Trina worked in Technical Communication.
Clare McAllister, Sales and Marketing Manager NI
Clare was appointed to her current role in 2016 after working as Senior Customer Relationship Manager in Northern Ireland for the past seven years. Clare has worked with SME, Industrial and Commercial customers across Northern Ireland since joining Electric Ireland in 2004. Clare also has broad experience within the engineering industry having worked for Solectron and AVX Ltd in her native Coleraine. She has a BSC (Applied Chemical Science) from University of Ulster Jordanstown (UUJ) and has completed an MBA at Queens University Belfast.
Alan Cunningham, Customer Relationship Manager
Alan has a BA Hons (Modern History) from University of Ulster, Coleraine and completed the Parity Graduate Management Development programme. Alan has extensive experience in the industrial gases market and has worked in the Irish electricity market for 11 years.
Kevin Molloy, Customer Relationship Manager, Mid West/West/North West
Kevin has extensive experience of the Irish electricity industry, having spent over 25 years’ working in a variety of positions within the ESB group. A graduate of both IT Sligo and the Institute of Public Administration he now brings this wealth of experience to the benefit of customers in the commercial energy market. Kevin is based in Sligo.
Vincent Litchfield, Customer Relationship Manager
Vincent has extensive knowledge of the electricity industry having spent 37 years in various areas of ESB. Vincent covers customer regions in the North East and in Northern Ireland, lives in Dundalk and works with customers in both Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
David Fusco, Customer Relationship Manager, Northern Ireland
David has over 8 years’ experience working in Industrial & Commercial Customer Relationship Management. Throughout this time he has gained extensive knowledge in servicing customers’ energy needs across both electricity and gas markets in Northern Ireland. He joined Electric Ireland in September 2016 having previously spent over 7 years with Firmus energy. David holds a BA Hons in Modern History from Queens University Belfast.
Des is a graduate of Dublin City University and holds an honours degree in Business Studies & Marketing . Des has previous experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. On joining Electric Ireland Des has worked within the Business Markets Team and is currently focused on developing the SME market segment.
Nichola joined the Electric Ireland Customer Relationship Management team in 2016. With over 10 years of experience in the industry Nichola specialises in SME and affinity scheme business’.
Bill Boucher, Third Party Intermediary & SME Broker Manager
Bill joined Electric Ireland in June 2016. He has extensive broker and franchise channel management experience having worked in senior positions with O2, Lloyds & Allcare Pharmacy over the last 13 years. He holds a B.Sc (Mgmt) degree from TCD.
