You will need the following information to hand to complete this form:

• Account name
• Account number
• GPRN
• Meter number
• Meter reading

You can also submit your meter reading using the Gas Networks Ireland online form
or Call Gas Networks Ireland on 1800 427 732 to submit your reading.

Please submit your reading to Gas Networks Ireland within 24 hours of the meter reader leaving a non access card.
