Northern Ireland

In Northern Ireland, grants are available to help your business cut its costs and save energy by investing in energy efficient and renewable technology. The Carbon Trust is the main grant provider in the UK. Small and medium sized businesses

Enhanced Capital Allowances

Enhanced Capital Allowances (ECAs) enable businesses to claim 100% first-year capital allowances on their spending on qualifying plant and machinery. The scheme provides a tax incentive to businesses that invest in equipment that meets published energy-saving criteria.
