Partial Billing is where we send electricity bills to our business customers every month instead of 2 months.

Many companies request this type of bill for their budgeting purposes as it means their electricity bills can be spread more evenly over the year.

Your meter will still be read every 2 months, but we will send you a monthly bill:

Month 1: Your Partial bill is based on an estimate of your usage over the bill period.
Month 2: Your bill has actual electricity readings over the bill period plus your partial bill amount will be shown as a credit.
