    We’ll need your meter reading(s) from the day of your move to ensure your final bill is accurate.

    If you have an unmetered electricity supply, such as public lighting or an electric fence, please call us on 1800 372 787 (Mon to Fri 09.00 to 17.30) instead of using this form.

  • You will need the following to hand to complete your move in/out.
    • Gas and/or electricity account number
    • Gas and/or electricity meter reading of outgoing occupier
    • Gas and/or electricity meter reading of new occupier
    • Electricity MPRN and/or Gas GPRN number of the new premises
