This page is for cancelling your switch to Electric Ireland within a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of switching or 30 days for contracts signed up to at your premise. If you are looking to close you account(s) or to cancel your switch outside of the cooling-off period, please complete closing account form instead (an early exit fee will apply if you are in contract).
