What do I do if my Timer Actions are not working?

Firstly, check if you can remotely turn your smart plug ‘On’ or ‘Off’ using the app. If the smart plug cannot be controlled, it is most likely that the smart plug has no wireless connection to the Smarter Home Hub. Just like Wi-Fi signals, the smart plug will have limited range and could be hampered by objects such as walls and furniture.

Secondly, ensure that the actions you have set have saved properly and ensure that smart plug is set to ‘Timer’ on the smart plug screen. If the problem persists, contact customer support on 1850 372 333 or
