The answer (without a doubt) is the hair dryer, in fact it's roughly 34 times more expensive than the hair straightener.
If you were to use your hair dryer for 1 hour per week it would cost you €2.72 per bill, versus a mere 8c if you were to use your your hair straightener for the same length of time.
